MEATBALLS

Ingredients


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  2. Shape meat into 1 1/2" to 2" size balls.

  3. Bake on lightly greased pan at 375° for 20 minutes.

  4. Turn meatballs over and bake an additional 10 minutes.

  5. If mixing with sauce, be sure to drain off the fat that has accumulated.

Notes

I reviewed many recipes for meatballs on the internet, and thought of my own preferences, and came up with this one. The kids and I love them!
